Nothing beats a sumptuous breakfast after a long shift work…We ordered our usual favorites, Seableam Congee, Glutinous Rice with Chicken in Lotus Leaf and the Fried Chestnut Cake which was so so so yummy!
We also ordered 3 new dishes which was on a different menu, Rice Roll with Beef Brisket, Crispy Prawn Paste with Toasted bread and Steam Duck, Pork and Mushroom with Green Noodles. The 1st 2 was quite normal… The Rice Roll with Beef Brisket was served in a claypot, but felt that is was not hot enough. The Toasted bread was very oily, did not like that at all.
This is the Pork and Mushroom with Green Noodles. It was quite unique, the taste somehow blended quite well with each other.
A piece of duck meat, pork and mushroom wrapped with green noodles… very out of the ordinary.
