Indian Rojak

The Indians who form just over 7 percent of Singapore's population... Indian Rojak from Simei. Indian rojak, has some rather un-Indian ingredietns, such as Javanese tempeh goreng, Chinese fried tauhu (beancurd) and fishcake among the boiled potatoes, hard-boiled eggs in batter and a choice of fritters, all these eaten dipped in sweet, starchy chilli sauce.
