Pu Tien Kitchen - Vivo City

For Hing Wah food with affordable price, take a trip down to Pu Tien Restaurant @ Vivocity and indulge in the flavours of home cooked meals away from home. Unlike many other restaurants where the cooking is very different from what comes out of a home kitchen, the dishes at Pu Tien are ordinary home meals, but cooked with extraordinary skill. For those not familiar with the Hing Wa, they are a small Chinese dialect group. The restaurant is named after a coastal city in Fujian province in China where they come from.

The Fried Hing Wa Bee Hoon is a must have at any Hing Wa makan place... the bee hoon which is fried with mushroom, taupok, clams, prawns, pork belly, peanuts and vegetables, and topped with deep-fried seaweed - $5

Deep Frid Tenggiri Fish - $8

Yun Cai with Salted and Century Eggs - $8

Shreaded Meat with Sesame Bun - $10
