i-Bratwurst

After reading THE TRAVELLING HUNGRYBOY posted about this. We decided to try it since we were at PS. Bratwurst Shop Grill from Melbourne. There were a few choices of sausages to choose from. We settled for the Chicken & Mushroom. I thought the bread roll was nice. The sausages were good. Not oily. But the Sauerkraut which I thought was shredded cheese at first turned out to be fermented cabbage. Ok… did not really like that!

We chose BBQ sauce instead of mustards. Should have added cheese, maybe it will be nicer! And it cost $4.5o.. not cheap ah! But ok la... as you can see... long queues. Next time we will try the Focaccia sandwiches which was huge looking! But I dun think I will like it. Unique fillings. (eg: Turkey breast with Mozzarella and cranberry, chicken with mozzarella and homemade salsa, grilled pumpkin with grilled pepper and sundried tomatoes)... hmmm... don't think I will like it!
