We had a sumptuous meal at Maxwell market this evening after my BC class. We had Claypot Rice and Pig Stomach Soup.
I saw this unique dessert, have not tried it before. It says 'Egg Beancurd'. Very soft, smooth and silky, not very sweet. Quite a unique one of a kind dessert.
