No... not my new pet... we were visiting the florist when we saw a guy carry a parrot on his shoulder... we were amazed by it all and struck a conversation with the guy... he even said we could hold it and allowed us to take a picture with it!... very beautiful isn't it...
We asked why Gizmo didn't and will not fly away... and lo and behold.. the owner told us the wings are clip/cut away... poor Gizmo... somehow I pitied this little thing... you can see from these pictures that it's wings are cut off... poor thing!
